1. Digital Delivery of Software Licenses (SaaS)

TezBilling is a hybrid cloud-enabled desktop/mobile software application. As a digital product:

• No physical shipping charge applies to standalone software subscription plans (Standard Monthly & Pro Annual).
• Upon successful payment through our payment gateway (Cashfree / Razorpay), your license credentials, software installer download URL, and GST invoice will be automatically delivered to your registered email address and WhatsApp number within 15 minutes.
• If you do not receive the activation email within 1 hour, please check your spam folder or write to support@tezbilling.com for instant re-dispatch.

2. Free Remote Onboarding & Installation SLA

We do not leave you alone after purchase! Every new customer receives:

• Same-Day Onboarding Guarantee: A dedicated POS technical engineer will connect via AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or Google Meet within 24 business hours of purchase.
• Complete printer driver setup, barcode scanner sync, weighing scale configuration, and initial product inventory catalog import are provided free of cost.

3. Physical Hardware Shipping (Printers, Scanners & Bundles)

For merchants ordering physical hardware bundles:

• Courier Partners: Shipments are fulfilled through trusted surface and air logistics providers including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post.
• Dispatch Timeline: Hardware orders are packed and dispatched from our Bengaluru / Mumbai warehouses within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
• Estimated Delivery Time:
  • Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2-4 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities / Non-Metro Locations: 4-7 business days
  • Special Northeast / Remote Postal Codes: 7-10 business days
• Shipping Fee: Free Standard Shipping is included on all eligible annual hardware bundles across India.
• Shipment Tracking: An AWB Tracking Number with a direct tracking link is sent via SMS/WhatsApp as soon as the package is handed over to the courier partner.

4. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

All physical shipments are insured. If you receive an outer package that is noticeably damaged, torn, or tampered with, please take clear photos/video before opening, refuse delivery or sign with a damage note, and contact us immediately at shipping@tezbilling.com within 48 hours.
